Jeff Mazzini, Managing Director
In 2001, Jeff founded a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), which has since served 14 industry sectors on both national and international levels. He has expanded operations to include offices in India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Australia, with ongoing discussions to bring his employment-focused education model to additional countries.
Jeff is committed to preparing students for the workforce and has deep experience addressing the needs of Back Office Processing (BPO) centres. He emphasises training solutions that enable teams to effectively serve offshore clients and grow professionally, positioning them for advancement as technology and BOTs reshape the industry landscape.
Jeff’s extensive experience in vocational education and training (VET) includes a hands-on approach to meeting the needs of banks, corporations, associations, BPOs, schools, colleges, and universities, ensuring each achieves effective, customised solutions for their students.
Throughout his career, Jeff has earned numerous international awards and recognitions. He is a member of 11 professional associations and holds several prestigious designations, including FFIN, CTA, FIPA, MFFA, FAICD, AMFAA, CFP, FFBAA, SFRIFM, DFRIEdr, DFRIM, DFRISB, RIILDS, DFRIBM, and DFRIFM.
Michelle Firth, General Manager
Michelle joined AAMC Training Group as a Business Development Manager in 2009. Her previous experience was in the Banking & Finance Industry. She has worked for companies including; NAB, Macquarie Bank and ANZ, developing her skills and knowledge in areas such as Investment Banking, Wealth Products and Lending. Michelle’s positions within these institutions have included supporting financial planners and finance brokers in many aspects of credit and business development.
Her current role involves consulting with key industry partners and new corporate clients to develop suitable learning strategies, content, and outcomes in line with current regulatory changes and industry requirements. She also manages and oversees many functions of the AAMC business, as direct support to the Managing Director.
Due to her caring nature and drive for customer satisfaction, Michelle has built many strong business relationships and friendships. Michelle is passionate about teaching and believes education allows individuals the opportunity to progress in their current career or explore new opportunities.
Christina Viljoen, National Administrator
Originally hailing from South Africa, Christina joined AAMC Training in 2015. She brought invaluable RTO experience, primarily from the motor industry. In her role as National Course Administrator, Christina assists with RTO reporting requirements, liaises with web developers on the student portal, assists students with their enquiries, and many more functions.
Janelle Miatke, Compliance Co-ordinator and Lead Trainer
Janelle’s financial services career spans over 36 years including a diverse number of roles, including as a Bank Manager, inductions for mortgage brokers, coaching bank lenders and prior to joining AAMC In October 2021 was the Lead Lending Assessor for the Commonwealth bank. Janelle’s happy place is compliance and she believes that compliance isn’t something you schedule but something you do day in and day out and goes hand in hand with providing excellent customer service
Meremie Kingham, Course Administrator
Meremie started with AAMC Training in 2009, and has become an integral part of the business. She blends her technical proficiency with an eye for design, ensuring that all training materials are not only informative but also presented in a manner that is intuitive and user-friendly for students.
Her passion for design and dedication to education converge in her role at AAMC Training, where she continues to contribute to the development of impactful and engaging online learning resources.
Daniella Stefanovski, Learning Solutions Consultant
With over 24 years in financial services in broking and banking, Dani has held various roles including; Branch Management and Broker Partnerships. Dani has extensive lending experience across residential, equipment and commercial lending, making her a true asset to our business.
Dani joined AAMC Training to share this knowledge and experience with others through the management and development of our learning resources. Education was a key part of the roles in banking and piqued her thirst to continue to develop her skills and teach others.
Dani contributes great initiative to the company with her bubbly nature and willingness to help others. Her vast industry knowledge and experience also ensures premium learning resources for our learners!
Rachell Tisdale, Project Administrator
Rachell has worked with Registered Training Organisations since 2009 and is a dedicated professional, currently serving as a Project Administrator with experience in traineeship coordination. In her role with AAMC Training Group, Rachell oversees and streamlines project workflows, ensuring efficiency and timely deliverables.

Judy Micallef, Senior Assessor
With a career spanning over thirty years, Judy has enjoyed success in banking and finance, mortgage broking, training, coaching, and mentoring. Not only has she extensive experience in all facets of the mortgage broking and lending industries, Judy has a strong history in training and compliance and loves sharing her expertise.
Judy holds Diplomas in Management, Psychology, Counselling, and Financial Services (FMBM), along with Certificate IV in TAE, Certificate IV in Financial Services (FMB), and has also completed a number of industry related studies including “Financial Accounting for Bankers” and “Commercial Loans to Small Business”.
Often Judy is asked, “How do you get a reputation as an industry expert?” Her simple answer: “Work hard and love what you do.”
Judy’s unique personality and sense of humour puts you at ease. Her strong passion for the business leaves you confident that you are in good hands.
Erina Cunningham, Trainer
As a Senior Relationship Manager at National Australia Bank, and State Manager at La Trobe Financial Services, Erina was able to combine many of the relationship and sales skills built over her career. With the changes in the financial services legal and compliance area Erina transitioned into the training arena and has enjoyed facilitating both the Certificate and Diploma of Financial Services to one of our core groups, the finance broker portfolio.
Erina holds a Diploma of Financial Services (FMB), Diploma of Financial Planning and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Graeme Porter, Trainer
Graeme commenced his career in Banking and Finance in January 1972 with the Commercial Bank of Australia Ltd.
He has a goal to pass on over 40 years of Banking and Finance knowledge to others in the finance industry through a number of programs and courses he has developed, including his own finance broker mentoring program. Graeme loves mentoring and is well recognised by our industry aggregators and associations as ‘one of the best’.
He has a passion for training in a face to face environment, especially seeing his students grow their understanding in all things finance and have them increase their client offering.
